A restaurant with a panoramic view of the Pskov Kremlin offers Russian cuisine of the late 19th century with a French accent. Here traditional recipes get a modern interpretation - the menu is based on seasonal farm products and bread from the in-house bakery.
The signature menu from chef Sergey Evdokimov is accompanied by a wine list of 180 items, which combines great collectible wines and gastronomic discoveries. The cocktail list is inspired by the recipes of the legendary Frank Meyer, and sommelier Roman Shalayev selects ideal wine pairings.
Live piano sounds in the evenings create an intimate atmosphere. For private events, there are two separate halls for 10 and 14 persons, a contact bar and a relaxation area.
